Chronic fatigue syndrome – the scourge of our time. This attack takes a full place in a number of serious diseases such as heart disease or disease of the musculoskeletal system. CFS can be formed within several days and even years, if time does not begin treatment, the disease may “backfire”. For example, to engage a person into the abyss of hopeless depression, and even result in the many faces of schizophrenia, with all ensuing consequences.
Chronic fatigue syndrome is a complex disease that affect the soul, the body and the brain and requires a comprehensive approach. According to experts, the treatment should include:
- a balanced routine, where physical and mental stress are replaced by a mandatory rest;
- mandatory daily walk for 2-3 hours;
- a special diet, and in some cases starvation;
- treatment with vitamin (especially vitamins of group B. They are involved in all kinds of exchange processes, increase protective forces of an organism);
- therapeutic massage;
- receiving immunomodulators;
- the use of ancillary drugs (chelators to tranquilizers and nootropics).
Usually chronic fatigue syndrome are treated in hospital, in special clinics and sanatoriums, but some measures can be taken independently.

But if you nevertheless decided to heed the voice of reason, you know: prevention of chronic fatigue syndrome should become the norm of modern life, especially business, staying in constant stress person. And all those who want to live happy, sane and sober memory.
So, to prevent CFS should:
- every hour or two to take a break to relax at least a few minutes;
- alternating physical/mental activity;
- spend more time in nature;
- to sleep.
Recently psychologists agree that chronic fatigue syndrome is born from dissatisfaction… their work. Exactly! It is therefore important to find work for everyone. Trim office routine with a new hobby, busy personal lives. Be positive, be in harmony with the world. And chronic fatigue syndrome you will not touch that guarantee!
